Over 15 years ago, your company put in a new air conditioning and heating system in my "old" house. Twice a year your company has come out and serviced my units and made sure that it works as good as the day they were installed. As you know, I have been very happy with both the initial installation of the units as well as your service department

When it came time to build my new house on Percival Place I put out bids for the heating and air conditioning system to your company as well as others. As you known I received bids that were lower than yours but because of our previous good working relationship I decided to once again go with your company. I want you to know that now that it is installed and fully working, I have come to realize that going with your company was one of the best decisions I made about my new house.

The three zone system that your company created and installed works fantastic. I have every confidence in the world that if it needs any "fine tuning" your company will be there for me.
